Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Changes in pricing will not retroactively alter amounts already paid. For recurring subscriptions, any change affecting a future renewal will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any pricing terms presented when you subscribed.
7. Subscription Products and Automatic Renewal
Certain Services are offered on a recurring subscription basis, including memberships.
When you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize Freedom Within Reach, LLC and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the price and billing interval disclosed at checkout. Depending on the option you select, this may include monthly or annual billing.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each applicable billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal date. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly, and annual subscriptions renew annually, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
The price, billing interval, and amount due at the time of purchase will be displayed before you complete your transaction. Any applicable taxes may be added as determined at checkout.
For annual subscriptions and any other subscriptions for which advance renewal notice is required by applicable law, we will provide a renewal reminder within the legally required timeframe before the upcoming renewal.
8. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
When you cancel:
• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated
• You will not be charged again after the cancellation becomes effective
• No prorated refund will be issued for unused time remaining in the billing period
You are responsible for canceling before your next billing date if you do not wish your subscription to renew.
For subscriptions purchased online, an online cancellation method will be made available in accordance with applicable law. Cancellation instructions may also be provided through your account, purchase confirmation, receipt, or other subscription-management communications.
9. Refund Policy
Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)
All digital products, including but not limited to books, audiobooks, downloadable materials, workbooks, and online content purchased on a one-time basis, are non-refundable.
Because these products are delivered or made accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final except where otherwise required by law. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Subscription Products — 14-Day Refund Period
Subscription products include a 14-day refund period beginning on the date of the initial purchase.
If you request a refund within this 14-day period:
• You will receive a full refund of your initial subscription payment
• Your access to the subscription will be revoked when the refund is processed
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the support email address provided on your purchase receipt. Please include sufficient order information for us
to locate your transaction.
After the Initial 14-Day Period
After the initial 14-day refund period, payments are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.
This includes both initial payments outside the refund period and subsequent recurring subscription charges. No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of a monthly or annual subscription period.
10. Failed Payments and Subscription Access
If a subscription payment fails or is not completed, access to subscription content or services may be suspended or revoked.
Access may be restored once payment is successfully completed.
11. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have another billing concern, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of access to applicable products or Services and may affect eligibility for future purchases.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection or payment-card laws.
12. Nature of Educational Services
Unless expressly stated otherwise, educational materials, memberships, communities, courses, coaching resources, guided practices, and related content offered by Freedom Within Reach, LLC are provided for educational and personal-development purposes. Termination or suspension of access does not eliminate any payment obligations incurred before termination or affect any rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
